Sudan Doctors Network condemned the repeated targeting of civilians and critical infrastructure as a “serious violation of international humanitarian law.” UNICEF Sudan representative Sheldon Yett called the kindergarten killings a “grave violation of children’s rights” and demanded an immediate end to such attacks. Al Jazeera correspondent Hiba Morgan in Khartoum reported the death toll is likely to rise as the injured struggle to access care.
